Another one in the books love to see it. Scratch kitchen work is the way to go. Home made mac and cheese.
My own recipe, with an oven baked style/look. Easier made in a crock pot but can be oven baked as well.
Creamy and allows for a nice cheese pull.

I welcome you to a private in home cooking experience where you can just sit back and relax and enjoy time with your family. Forget about cooking and clean up for a day, an evening, a date, or just because you want a personal,passionate, and professionaltouch to your quality time with the family. I mean who doesn't love a quality home cooked dinner?

Letting the passion, the food speak for itself, and done by a food safe certified Chef. Soon to be served safe certified as well just to add to the sanctity of what I want to bring you.
Though don't let the self proclamation mean anything, let the results speak for it.

A little about myself;
I'm a 27 year old Food safe Certified Cook, who has been cooking for 15 years. I find a passion a happiness within the kitchen that I've been told, delivers in the taste.
Over the years I've always felt as if something was missing, like I wasn't doing enough with my skills.
After going through some rough and very uneasy times, I found myself striving for more, almost for redemption to myself.

From starting in the kitchen with my grandma at 11-12 years old to my first job making pizzas, I fell in love with culinary and all facets of it. I had to learn more. I had to know what more was out there other than the meals I'd eat or make myself.
Learning manufacturing of cheese, to making doughs, and pastas from scratch i embraced everything i could and learned from those around. Modern days where I was in and out of kitchens learning and honing my craft. Still growing and learning, I want to start to bring this life and passion to the community around me. I want to expand not only my craft and abilities. But to provide a sneak peak into the lives of a cook or chef who has dedicated everything to making sure the food meets expectations.

Sincerely welcome. I hope that you find yourself apart of this journey. More posts coming soon for services, certificates and when you can expect to see me doing this.
