Just wanted to go over the Rules for the page and give you guys some basic information about the things we offer and how to order and pay, turn around time etc....

ive to do our very best to get all orders done and to you in a timely manner. Remember we do have husbands and Children, so we also wear many other hats. If you message us be sure to leave us as many details and/or pictures of what you would like so that we can answer your questions and communicate accurately with you. ALL CUSTOM items are made upon ordering unless otherwise specified. Most items are customized specifically to the person placing the order. we require a minimum 7-14 business day excluding holidays (TAT) turn around time. That does not mean that it will take the full two weeks to get your order but sometimes things just get busy and we may have several orders ahead of you. ALL items must be prepaid. WE WILL NOT start on a customized item until payment is received. It is a total waste of time and material If we make a customized item specifically for you and you never pay or arrange pickup. (yes this has happened) it is very frustrating to us and other customers who have pending orders. Not to mention a complete lack of respect. We cannot resale something that has your name or initials etc.... You have 24hrs. to pay in full or a deposit on an invoice once it is sent. If you miss the 24hr. deadline you will receive a reminder and your order will be moved to the back of the order list and we will move to the next in line. If we hear nothing from you within a week after invoice is sent, your order is void and deleted. We use Square to invoice. We will need an email address to send your invoice. You do not have to have an account with the above company to utilize it. You can pay the invoice with any debit or credit card. If you prefer another payment method you will need to make those arrangements with us upon ordering. Items can be shipped, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. We do our best to get the fastest and best rate but know that some of the larger items (signs, door hangers) can be tricky and sometimes costly to ship. Because Items are customized please please make sure all spelling of names initials etc.. are correct when you send them to us . We ALWAYS go back and double check before we create the name etc.. If the mistake is ours, we will make it right. If the mistake is yours, you will be responsible for any cost of recreating said item. we are unable to provide refunds/exchanges based on color variations. Each device alters colors based on their calibration. We cannot be held accountable for your personal device. we also cannot do refunds/exchanges on ordering the wrong size. we do our best to communicate to you the best we can when we post the item, and offer our recommendation if it needs to be sized up or down or is True to size(TTS). If we do have the sample you are welcomed to make arrangements with us to try on or see in person before placing order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You have 7 days to pickup your order once it is complete and we have notified you. If it is going to be longer than that, you will need to message us and make other arrangements. If we do not hear from you in 7 days the item will be resold (if possible) donated or trashed. We DO NOT have the space to hold large quantities for long periods of time. If you are picking up your item. You will have to come to us. Our lives are just too busy to make arrangements to meet people all over the place. Like you, we have ballgames, and other activities that keep us moving! So we will have a cabinet and or box sitting on my front porch. You can come by anytime between 8 am- 8 Pm and pick up your item. Just let me know when you plan to come by so that I can make sure it is out for you. We do have camera’s so please be courteous and only take what is YOURS! Please keep your notifications on, so you will know when invoices are sent or if your order is ready. Most likely we will message you but just in case we get busy and forget keep those notifications on! If there is an issue with an order please message us. We are human and things happen Communication is key and we will do our best to make it right within reason. Again we want to Thank you for your business and your support.
