Each piece of furniture and decor is made to the best of my ability, built out of solid wood, and sealed for durability and usability. We cannot guarantee that these pieces will never dent or chip as they are not indestructible. The finished product will not be without small imperfections as each piece of wood is different and stains and finishes differently. We believe that this adds to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece. We will not be responsible for anything that happens to the furniture once it is put into your home
All furniture and decor orders require a non-refundable deposit in order to cover all supplies and materials. The deposit goes toward the amount agreed upon and we will begin your order once the deposit is received. Lead times will vary depending on the complexity of the order as well as finishing requirements. my normal lead times are 4-6 weeks for most large projects, and smaller projects have a 2-4 week lead time requirement. We reserve the right to limit the number of orders we will take at any given time due to our own schedules and time constraints. REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to provide a full refund as long as the furniture is returned in its original condition.
