☕ Espresso Cannoli (Coffee Ricotta Shells)
A caffeinated twist on the Sicilian classic! Crispy shells filled with espresso-kissed ricotta and dark chocolate—perfect with your afternoon coffee.
📜 Ingredients (Makes 6 cannoli)
6 cannoli shells (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup ricotta (whole-milk, drained)
1 tbsp instant espresso powder (or 2 tbsp cooled espresso)
3 tbsp powdered sugar (+ extra for dusting)
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
Optional: Cocoa powder, cinnamon, or orange zest

1. Make the Filling
Whip ricotta + espresso powder + powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
