Just restocked lots of fall vintage clothes in my booth at Boutique Up

A few of my favorites are the gray vintage leather military jacket, the off-white Peruvian alpaca poncho wrap with an attached scarf, and the 1950s/60s green plaid wrap coat. Plus there are lots of vintage denim jackets, dresses, outerwear, handbags and even some vintage home goods.

The one where I get nostalgic about a person I never met, in a time I wasn’t alive. That’s the power of vintage fashion, baby.

Is it just me, or does anyone else get like this about vintage clothing? To me, vintage isn’t just old clothes, it’s part of someone’s story, and we have the power to keep the story going. And look cute while doing it! Please tell me I’m not alone.

Also, it’s a dang pretty coat. Haven’t decided if I’m going to keep or sell it. Thoughts? ⬇️
