Your mattress might be the easiest fix for your bad sleep!!

Even for a 2x CrossFit Games athlete Jess Androsik !! She trains at the highest level, and recovery matters just as much as the work she puts in. Her LuxFit session showed her exactly where her body needed more support.

Every body carries weight differently, so the right support looks different for everyone. If you're waking up tired or sore, your mattress could be working against you.
