🎨 Junior Interior Designer / Design Assistant Opportunity – Themed Vacation Rental Projects
I'm looking for a motivated Junior Interior Designer or Design Assistant to join me on several upcoming themed vacation rental projects.
The first project is expected to run approximately 8–12 weeks, beginning July 1, 2026, with the potential for additional project opportunities thereafter.
Ideal skills include:
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• HOUZZ Pro / HOUZZ Space Designer
• ChatGPT and AI-assisted design tools
• Basic design presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
Experience with residential interior design, hospitality design, vacation rental design, architectural drafting, construction documentation, or themed environments is a plus, but not required. If you're eager to learn, I'm happy to provide mentorship and guidance throughout the process.
A genuine passion for Disney and themed entertainment is highly preferred. These projects are about creating memorable guest experiences, not simply decorating rooms. The ideal candidate should appreciate how thoughtful design, detail, and storytelling can transform an ordinary space into something extraordinary.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
• Canva
• Creating digital mood boards and concept presentations
• Hospitality or vacation rental projects
• Themed entertainment or immersive design concepts

• Excited about themed design and guest experience
• Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate should be located in the Kissimmee, Orlando, or Lake County area and must have reliable transportation, as the projects themselves are located throughout the Orlando/Kissimmee market and occasional site visits will be required.
