A little 4th quarter update from me ❤️
I mentioned on my lives the other night that you may see me live a little less over the next few months, and I wanted to explain why.
We are officially in the busiest season of the year, and I am SO incredibly grateful for it. Christmas orders are picking up, and honestly, I want every order I can possibly get. 😂 This is what I work for all year. I love seeing the orders come in, creating your pieces, and having a busy studio during the holiday season.
At the same time, I’m also working more hours at the school right now because I’m needed there, and of course I’m still Mom first. My girls have school, activities, practices, and everything else that comes with this season of life.
So I’m having to be realistic about the hours I have in a day.
That may mean fewer lives for a little while, but I want to be very clear about something: I’m not going anywhere. Sweet Girl Design Co. is not slowing down or failing. Quite the opposite. 😂 I’m just spending more of my available studio time actually working through orders.
Just because you don’t see me live doesn’t mean I’m not in the studio. I’m in and out here all throughout the day cutting ribbon, pulling supplies, designing, packing, shipping, answering messages, and getting orders out the door. I just can’t always turn the camera on for every single one of them.
And I LOVE going live with y’all. Truly. The community we’ve built through those lives is one of my favorite parts of this business, so I’m absolutely not giving that up.
For the next few months, I’m just giving myself permission to adjust when I need to so I can take care of my customers, my family, my job at the school, and myself without trying to fit 36 hours into a 24-hour day. 😂
Thank you for continuing to show up, shop with me, share my work, hang out with me when I do go live, and keep this little business so busy.
Now bring on the Christmas orders. 🎄❤️
