Wishing you all a Happy October First! I traditionally put up these Fall leaves and orange twinkle lights in the fall season. I did not in 2020, but I decided to celebrate Autumn again this year. So tonight, since it’s October, we put them up. Actually, Steve did and I took pics. Happy Fall, y’all. 😍🧡🧡🧡

I thought I would share a few Christmas decorations through the years. Here at home and at client homes and businesses. This is from quite a few years ago at home, the only year we put our main tree in our breakfast area. All the windows did make a pretty shot!

I took these pictures several years ago with an older phone from our fishing boat here on the Holston River, where we live. Many local friends have enjoyed these pictures of the Mascot Bridge, which means so much to us around here. Many people ask who took these pictures, so I thought I’d share again. These are watermarked, but I have the originals. @ Mascot, Tennessee

The view tonight off our dock. Absolutely beautiful! No filter is being used here at all. The Saharan dust cloud must be arriving. Our weather forecasters said the sunrises and sunsets would be remarkable. I agree!

I love this little 5x7 piece of art depicting a tall ship. It has convex glass, which is rare on a small piece like this.

Well, bought myself a little late Christmas present. A sweet little Waterford crystal bud vase. It goes with one of my New Year’s resolutions. More flowers all year long. 😍

If you know me, you know how much I love Charleston, SC. I travel there every time I get the chance. I immerse myself in the historic houses, antiques, and culture when I go. And don’t even get me started on the food! This photo is re-posted from . The historically correct Christmas decorations are just beautiful. Fresh fruit, magnolia leaves, and beautiful fresh garlands reflect the way our ancestors decorated for the holidays. I love visiting the Nathaniel Russel House. If you love history and antiques, give them a follow and visit there!
