There’s nothing better than creating a primary retreat that feels this light, airy and inviting. The rich dark wood vanity provides just the right amount of contrast against the soft, neutral palette. This adds warmth and depth while keeping g the space feeling bright and fresh. Paired with modern lighting and thoughtfully layered finishes, this bathroom gives the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.

There is a quiet confidence in simplicity and refined finishes. (And we are here for it!) This primary suite was designed to feel less like a bathroom and more like a luxury coastal retreat.

We used crisp, white nickel gap on the walls to add a soft backdrop to the LED mirrors, polished nickel finishes on the fixtures, leathered natural quartzite countertops, and marble veining on the floor and shower walls. We finished off the space with a statement chandelier to soften the millwork and create ambient lighting.

This one could have gone dark fast. No windows, long footprint, and a lot of hard surfaces. Instead, we leaned all the way into light.

Soft layered lighting, a glowing LED mirror, and a palette of warm whites keep the space feeling open and airy from end to end. The vertical tile draws your eye up, the subtle pattern in the shower adds just enough texture, and those brushed brass fixtures bring the warmth that makes everything feel intentional, not sterile.

Proof that you don’t need natural light to create a bright, inviting bathroom. Just the right balance of materials, tone, and glow.

Would you go bold in a windowless space or keep it light like this?

When our client purchased their new home, one thing was certain - they needed a room that set the tone for the rest of the house. Removing the built-in and elevating the space with a floor to ceiling focal point took this gathering space to a whole new level.

WARNING: Your guests may never want to leave!

We designed this guest bathroom with amenities in mind. Adding a softly lit LED mirror and a hand-held optional Kohler shower head creates a luxury experience for your guests. Paired with a warm wood cabinet and rich navy tile, the overall aesthetic is modern and inviting.

What other amenities would you add to make your guests feel right at home?

A beautiful master bathroom moment from our St. Lucia project. This one doesn’t need a lot of fluff - it definitely speaks for itself!

Proof that a kitchen can be both the showstopper, and the reason no one leaves the party. 🥳

This three inch mitered edge Crystallo quartzite island understood the assignment. It’s soft, luminous, and just dramatic enough without trying too hard.

We kept everything else intentionally quiet so the stone could take center stage (as it should).

But be honest, are you here for the design, or already claiming a seat at the island? 😉

✅ From closet to cellar-storage, but make it vintage.

The perfect coastal retreat with a splash of elegance. Because coastal doesn’t have to mean casual. It can be calm, refined, and endlessly inviting.

✨ KITCHEN ENVY ALERT ✨

This is what happens when clean lines meet bold contrasts. The waterfall island in crisp white quartz instantly commands attention, while the oversized matte black pendants bring a perfect touch of drama. I love how the soft taupe cabinetry warms up the space, creating balance and sophistication.

Notice the fluted detailing on the island base? It’s those subtle textural layers that quietly elevate the design. And let’s not forget — a layered lighting plan (pendants, recessed, and under-cabinet) is key to making a kitchen feel both luxurious and livable.

This space is not just for cooking — it’s designed for gathering, living, and loving every moment.

Would you entertain here? ✨🍷🍽
