This piece of art is about 15.5” x 15.5” and it’s another one that people stop to look at. It was a fun one to make because in addition to using wool yarn, I incorporated t-shirts that were cut into strips. I love using t-shirts because I can get a really bright white when my art is calling for that. I will say that it’s one of the hardest fibers to push through the foundation fabric. But if it’s the best choice, I’ll use it:)

Throw pillows in shades of white with lots of texture

This 16” x 16” piece has the varying fiber lengths like most of my art but I also included threading yarn through the foundation fabric. I’m finding that besides loving the shades of yarn I use, I also love creating texture and movement in my pieces. Framed in dark wood.

This piece of art is about 16” x 16”. This is another piece where I’ve used a variety of wool and cotton. I love the ability to create different fiber lengths so it becomes 3 dimensional. Framed in dark wood.

This 14” x 14” piece has a variety of texture as I pulled from some favorite fibers to incorporate. There are 3 types of wool that I used and a light green raffia. The piece has 3 different fiber lengths including hand pulling loops to make them longer. Comes in white frame.

This framed art is 14” x 14” and is one that catches the eye of everyone who walks by. I used 2 punch needle tools to get the different fiber lengths and hand pulled for even longer loops in certain sections. Made with wool yarn.

A little slice of coastline for your wall.

This piece of art uses rug wool yarn, fine wool yarn, and cotton cording with metallic fiber. I used 2 different punch needle tools to get the varying texture and, in some areas, I hand pulled each loop to make it even longer.

Pairs nicely with the green and blue art shown here.
