Homeowner asked for a quote to level their home, but moisture got to it and it can’t be leveled without repairs first!

This is why your floor feels soft…

Homeowner thought they needed leveling.

But this is what I found under the house.

Rotten subfloor. Water. No integrity left to this patch of subfloor.

Is your floor soft in one spot or sagging across a bigger area?

You can actually see the floor moving while they step on it.
This isn’t something you “level” — it has to be repaired the right way.

I crawled the rest of the house and found more damage.

We ended up replacing 2.5 sheets of subfloor in this room,

but over 12 sheets, 24 ft of beeam, and approximately 252 lineal feet of 2by12 floor joists in the front of the house behind the porch where moisture was trapped by the front porch.

If your floors feel soft, sagging, or doors are sticking…

Message me and I’ll come take a real look under your home.
