The days are getting shorter and the Pacific NW rain is here. It's time to cozy up! Our annual warehouse sale has just what you need to make your home your favorite place to be, and at prices you'll love!

In preparation for the slow winter season in home staging, we need to make room in our warehouse. We'll be saying goodbye to some of our favorite furniture, art, accessories, and more.

Using appropriately scaled furniture is key to a successfully staged room. If the furniture is too large the room will look smaller, but the opposite is also true. If small furniture is used, it may appear the room isn’t large enough to hold bigger furniture. With each staging project, we create a custom design plan, taking into account the style of the home, the scale of the rooms and the color palette that’s inherent in the house.
This West Haven-Sylvan contemporary (that just went live today) is a great example.

Traffic flow matters, as do well-defined spaces. If a space feels awkward, it can make a buyer have to think too much. Each room should be composed with the goal of defining the space and maximizing the square footage.
