Trying my hand at end grain, just winged it and started cutting strips. Should have used more clamps and spent a little more time making sure the table saw sled I knocked up was square. But I’m happy with it for a first attempt. Maple, Sapelle, and Purple Heart.

Well this page has been gathering dust, and not the good man glitter kind. However, I’ve noticed an uptick in views with everyone at home; so I thought I should start sharing again. Here is my latest project, a writing desk for my wife. I pulled a few plans but nothing really fit what she wanted (I know, surprise right?!), so I’m just kind of winging it.
