A customer says her Measure-all is defective. Can somebody tell me if it really is so I can have replaced? She says there are little "nubs" on the edge making using a knife difficult to level off. Is she right? I wonder if she needs to remove the outside and flip around to measure. Customer states prevents her from taking knife or scraper to level off. The catalog doesn't show me a pic so I can see how this works. I am wondering if "nubs" supposed to be there? Help!!!

Looks great!

Pulse 1 1/4 cups teddy grams and 1/2 cup walnuts in food processor, combine in bowl with 1 stick of melted butter. Form crust in bottom of 9″×13″ casserole dish.
