Jake joins us in Sales, bringing more than 20 years of customer-first experience and a signature mix of humor, hustle and a willingness to answer the same question twelve times if that’s what it takes. 😎

You’ll find Jake traveling to showrooms across the country, helping new customers get up and running, tagging flooring samples, training teams and making sure retailers feel confident using Showroom Pricing from day one.

When he’s not scanning QR codes or hitting the road, Jake is a husband, dad of two teenage daughters, golfer, cook and currently a highly in-demand Uber driver for his kids. 😂
