Hey Guys! I'm back, I didn't disappear, I just moved to Kentucky (which is about the same) 🤣🤣🤣 I wanted to share a picture of a chair I repainted and decoupaged for my den. I used one of my own decoupage papers named Coral Parrot. I did two chairs; I will post the other chair in a few days.

Food for thought today.
As Furniture artist, we tend to paint what we think the public will buy, therefore staying on the safe side. In choosing colors for our own home, we might also do the same, pick colors our mate likes or what we think is the new trend. What if you did not answer to anyone and followed the beat of your own drum? What colors inspire you and would you totally choose if no one was around to criticize your choice? I have attached a color that intrigues me to the point I could totally see myself doing this, of course if I wasn't married to the "I love white and beige man". Hahah! I would love to hear your comments!

I have moved to different locations many times during my 53-year marriage, but I must say that this last move almost killed me! Long days with two dogs so stressed they wouldn't leave my lap, and a husband who was almost deaf and couldn't hear the GPS, so I had to watch and listen every minute, or he would make the wrong turn (which he did about 5 times). It was a 2020-mile journey. I am so glad we had incredible new friends who helped us every step of the way, found us a storage spot for our furniture, and guided us through the process. Thank you, Jah, Pam, and Gary Judd for helping us make the move. We already love Kentucky!
