Returns will not be accepted if the reason for return is at the fault of the buyer. If there is a need for a return because of defective workmanship, I will gladly offer the option to exchange the defective product with a replacement or refund the funds upon retrieval of the item. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. We cannot accept returns for custom orders. Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made with a product of equal value within 3 days of product arrival. Product must be unused or in the same condition as when shipped. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges cannot be made for custom orders. Refunds
