I’m officially obsessed with Japanese onsen eggs.

Veggie Paella with the TM7 🥘✨

I made this for a few friends on our retreat and everyone loved it!

We stayed at an Airbnb, I brought my TM7 with me, and honestly… it made the whole trip so much easier. We got to enjoy amazing homemade meals, save a ton of money, and still spend our time by the pool with drinks instead of stressing over food.

This easy veggie paella was one of the recipes I made, and it was perfect for sharing. Simple, colorful, and so good.

Proof that you don’t need to eat out every day to have the best vacation meals. Sometimes all you need is good friends, a pool, a few drinks, and your Thermomix. 😍

I just released my Blade Cover and Peeler video where I test how it peels potatoes, beets, ginger, and garlic — plus I included a quick explanation of why this accessory is also useful for slow cooking and sous vide.

For peeling, it’s not always necessary, but it can definitely come in handy.

I Made Risotto Bolognese in my Thermomix (No Stirring)

Risotto Bolognese… did I pronounce that wrong? Oops 😅
Well, I definitely didn’t cook it wrong.

Thermomix cooked it to perfection for me — no stirring needed. I just added the ingredients and it did the grinding, sautéing, cooking… everything.
