Things are getting busy in the studio, and we love it. Your trust in us means everything. Here’s what’s on our workbench right now:

✨ A bulk candle order in the works (25 of our concrete candles headed out into the world!)

🍼 Commissioned with full creative autonomy for baby shower prizes and grandparent gifts. There’s something really special about making pieces for someone’s big moment

📜 Still steady at work on our handmade paper, sheet by sheet

📖 And we’re getting ready to bind the very first of our journals, filled with that handmade paper, to fulfill a special order that will be gifted to some very lucky people 🤫

Slow, handmade work takes time, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for keeping our hands busy and our hearts full.

Handmade goods for grounding, growth, and quiet moments.

SOLD OUT — and restocked!

Y’all cleared us out of wax melts, so we spent today pouring a fresh batch. Six brand new blends are up for grabs:

🍎 Apple + Maple Bourbon — Crisp orchard apple folded into warm maple, brown sugar, and a slow pour of smooth bourbon. Cozy, rich, and just a little indulgent.

💐 Fresh Cut Flowers — Like burying your face in a market bouquet. Bright rose, peony, and green stems with a clean, airy finish.

🌿 Sage + Lavender — Soft garden lavender grounded by earthy sage. Calming, herbal, and quiet — a deep breath.

🌊 Black Sea — An earthy blend of lavender, ylang, and honeysuckle wrapped in green notes, musk, and a deep ambergris base. Moody and mysterious in the best way.

🤍 South of France — Warm vanilla, amber, blonde woods, and suede meeting lily of the valley and dewy greens. Luxurious, warm, and inviting, like checking into somewhere beautiful.

🌙 Bedtime — Soft lavender and gentle vanilla to ease you into dreams. Wind-down in its purest form.

If you need one of our handmade concrete vessels to use under your wax melter let us know! Small batch means once they’re gone, they’re gone. Comment or message us to claim yours. 🩶

Some things are just meant to melt slowly 🌿

Our newest little luxury: wax melts, poured in all-natural coconut apricot wax and scattered with botanicals we grew, cut, and dried ourselves. Lavender and sage from our garden bed to your burner — or Volcano, if you like your cozy with a little wild in it.

The first batch just left our hands and landed with a very happy customer, tucked alongside one of our concrete vessels. That’s the CandleLeaf Co way — made small, delivered personally.

Tell us your favorite scent and we’ll hand deliver one for you. 🕯️

New paper in the making. 💫

Blue pulp, pulled one at a time, with dried cornflower petals scattered through. Right now it doesn’t look like much… just color and water and time.

That’s the part we love. Paper can’t be rushed. It rests, it dries, and only then do we press each sheet smooth with a hot iron.

These sheets are already spoken for. Once they’re finished, they’ll become the pages of a handmade journal — made start to finish, right here.

Folio · coming soon 🩵

This is our why. 🩷

We don’t really think of the people who come to us as customers. They are humans first. A cherished mom in search of that special, one-of-a-kind gift for her entire world — her daughter. A granddaughter in search of that just-because gift for her grandmother, because it is with her grandma that she feels most loved. A beloved daughter or son wanting to buy their mom a candle, but something more than a candle you can pick up at any big box store. A husband carrying love for his wife and looking for a way to hand it over.

When Salinda Barber reached out about a send-off gift for her grandson’s beloved teacher, we didn’t just fill an order. We sat with the story she told us. A woman leaving to build a life across an ocean, and a family who wanted her to know she mattered. That’s what this box was: their love, made into something she could hold.

Handmade takes time on purpose. It’s meant to reach the soul, not just the shelf.

Thank you, Salinda. And to one very loved teacher — may every letter written on that paper find its way home.

A little news: you can now find our handmade concrete candles at Green Envy Garden & Gifts in Lancaster Village, right here in Albany. 🌿

Green Envy has been our favorite plant store for years. More times than I can count, I’ve walked in at the end of an overwhelming week in search for the serenity I always find as soon as I walk through their door. The vibe alone brings a sense of calm. It’s a true plant oasis in Southwest Georgia. The kind of place that slows you down the moment you step through the door. So it means a lot that they wanted to carry our candles. If you’re nearby, go show them some love. Wander the plants and take your time. You’ll be glad you did. 💛

And while you’re in Lancaster Village, don’t miss Tommy Mc's Produce & Country Store, another one of our favorite spots. Local fruits and veggies, jams, homemade meals to go, pies, cakes, cookies, and all the good stuff made from scratch. I just picked up some ice cream peaches and they are the juiciest, sweetest peaches you’ll ever bite into. 🍑

Both of these businesses are run by genuinely great humans who pour real pride into what they do. That’s the kind of company we’re grateful to keep. 🌱🌼

Something new is taking shape on the worktable. Handmade paper, folded into covers you’ll actually want to open. Fabric. Chipboard. Lace. A few small touches on each one that no two will share. Made to be written in, not just looked at. Paper made slowly, for words worth keeping.

Soon. 🌻
