It’s spooky season at Windy Meadows! Doesn’t this little ghost look like a Peanuts character? It’s a tomato cage turned upside down with a ball at the top under a twin sheet with some felt ovals for eyes. I added a vintage witch hat and pumpkin pail to complete her costume! 👻 🍁

🎃👻Here is an easy Halloween craft for you! Just take some drop cloth and cut out a ghost shape. Draw a simple face with a black sharpie, then hot glue most of the way around. Leave a small opening and add a little polyfil stuffing. Glue it closed and that’s it! You have a cute decoration that can be used for bowl filler or glue on some jute twine and make a garland. Add little embellishments to make it your own.

I decided against putting mums on the front porch this autumn. Instead I bought fountain grass, gourds, and papyrus. I nestled them in with my existing container plants to perk them up a little. To add height, I put the containers on old wooden crates. I think they turned out great! 🍁🎃
