Many of you fell in love with my interchangeable porch leaners and welcome signs this weekend. I want to show real life examples of quality that lasts - with reasonable care, of course!

Once a year, I wipe off the dust with a dry rag and some compressed air (carefully) and then give it a light coating front, back and sides, of Rustoleum 2x clear paint (usually satin or semi gloss finish).

Your interchangeable pieces should be stored inside, and probably won’t get as dirty as your main sign, but should be cared for in the same way. A light wipe, and a light coat of clear paint once a year should keep them lasting for years to come!

I will be restocking my round inserts and making more of the porch leaners in black and cream colors - ready for the next set of markets in November! You can find me at the S’Wheat Farm show in Moscow on 11/13-14, and then the CHS Craft Fair in Clarkston on 11/21. Then I’ll be at the Lewiston Center for Black Friday weekend and the Christmas markets!! More to come on those markets…

Been busy busy busy! Cutting, painting and assembling the interchangeable inserts for our exclusive “Welcome to our Home” sign and “Welcome” porch leaner signs. You’ll be able to choose your favorite inserts and take them home with your sign - ready to display right away! Easy decor solution for every season, holiday, sport and hobby!

You can get your sign and inserts at the upcoming Fall Market at the Lewiston Center this Saturday, October 17th! I know, its crazy to keep switching but I think I have finally decided to stick with one website platform that also works well with inventory management, subscriptions, and online ordering. Shopify was great, but I am much more familiar with Square.

So, in between making hundreds of ornaments, I am going to try to squeeze in time to update the website on Square. I will be shutting down the website until then. If you need to order something, please reach out via Direct Message.

Update on what’s happening with Heritage CraftWorks! Next event is October 17th at the Lewiston Center mall.

I will not be making any more decor pieces other than my interchangeable signs and porch leaners. I will have the rest of my fall decor for sale - but once it’s gone - it’s gone! Don’t miss out!

Finished this beautiful Highland Cow wood art sometime ago - and had it professionally framed recently. Each color featured in the cow is actually a different species of wood - no stain! There’s Walnut, Maple, Cherry, Sapele, and others. I like the way the wood grain helps with the flow of the cow’s forelock and hide.

This piece is ready for its home - perfect for a rustic western feel, a modern farmhouse, or even a masculine down to earth office setting.
