Tumbler Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Returns-
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom & Personalized Tumblers-
Due to the personalized nature of custom tumblers, customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This is a common practice for custom-made products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items-
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items-
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom-made tumblers.
Sale or clearance items
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.
All tumblers are HANDMADE & may have small imperfections such as: small bumps/air bubbles or small specks of glitter on non-glitter cups.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash only
- Avoid Aggressive Scrubbing or Using Abrasive Detergents.
- Do Not Soak
- Not Microwave Safe
- Not Dishwasher Safe
- Do Not Expose Your Tumbler To Extreme Hot/Cold Temperatures For Extended Periods Of Time (such as a very hot vehicle, or putting your tumbler in a freezer)
- Do Not Slam Down On Surfaces Or Drop (this can cause your tumbler to crack, or break)
