Beethoven’s 5th opens with four of the most famous notes ever written. My Symphony bar opens with one bite, and I’m calling it a masterpiece. 🎶

Milk chocolate, almonds, toffee crunch... all conducted in my own kitchen, no orchestra required. Turn the volume up and take a bow!

Standing ovation optional, but chocolate is gladly accepted as applause!

37 years ago, I married a man who had no idea what he was signing up for! Since then, he's survived every one of my "crazy ideas," and he's helped me execute so many of them. He's the behind-the-scenes guy at Sonata Home Design: tinkering with the website, helping with emails, and being my sounding board when I say, "Okay, hear me out..." He always has a cup of coffee ready, never complains about a last-minute task, and is truly the wind beneath my wings. Thank you for an amazing 37 years! ❤️☕

From balding to beautiful: watch this pillow makeover from start to finish. 🍂

My favorite lumbar pillow had a dramatic leather fringe across the front. Then the fringe started falling out, and I had bald spots. On a pillow!

Fringe benefits: none. Plaid benefits: all of them.

The pillow itself was in great shape, so I plucked off what was left and stitched a cozy plaid with yarn in beautiful fall colors.

You don't need a sewing machine for this one, just a needle, some yarn, and a little patience. The full tutorial, supply list, and tips for styling your finished pillow are on the blog: The link is in the comments. 👇
