What you’re seeing here is the beginning, the raw stage before this entire home is reimagined into a warm, elevated, fully custom living experience.

Every room has been intentionally designed to feel timeless, refined, and deeply personal to the homeowners. From the dramatic kitchen concept and layered lighting to the custom bathrooms and inviting living spaces, this project is about turning an ordinary home into something unforgettable.

Rough Walks are a critical path in our construction process.

Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical: all finish details are driven by where these are placed. We make sure to spend time focusing on how these details finish as a team consistently through these stages to ensure all finishes the eye will see finish properly.
