Just show up - no registration needed
Open to all ages; you will need to be able to use scissors to cut fabric.

Bring your own fun embellishments (cotton: rick rack, yarn…) or find them here.
You can fuse your appliqué to just about anything that doesn’t melt!

WHAT IS RAW-EDGE FUSIBLE APPLIQUÉ?! Fabric collage, make pictures or paint by numbers with fabric, use up fabric scraps! No sewing involved! You can fuse your appliqué to just about anything that doesn’t melt! This was kind of a thing in the 80s!

Before the smiles, there was a lot of sorting, stacking, and showing up. GAM’s generous donation of over 680 lbs of arts and craft materials helped us get our doors open — and keep them open. It’s our Half Birthday!! We’ve been open for 6 months. Come party with us in the shop (in a very chill way)!! It’s a beautiful rainy day, and we’re loving looking outside from the cozy, colorful comfort of the shop. 🎉🎉🎉

Join us at Creative Reuse Montana to learn this relaxing and portable hand-sewing technique while making May-flower themed coasters—perfect for setting your morning cuppa on or as a sweet handmade gift.

Sample projects for inspiration, guided instruction, and all materials will be provided with a wide selection of fabrics to customize your design. 💐

- No experience or registration needed, just a love of crafting, learning, and trying new things. Pre-register for early fabric selections (arrive 20 minutes early).

This Craft Afternoon led by Ariel Riccardi from : Ariel is a hobbyist crafter who enjoys dabbling in garment sewing, quilting, needle felting, knitting, and other fiber arts. When she’s not crafting you’ll find her out walking with her pups, climbing, doing yoga, cooking, reading, or helping with the many critters on her sister’s (aka hobby enabler #1) property in Paradise Valley.

We are so excited to swap arts and craft supplies in our communities!! This weekend is the Bozeman Craft Supply Swap at . We have special hours 3/29-4/14 to support this swap and take some rest afterwards:

We’ll be open for new regular hours on 4/15 (Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6).

After the Bozeman Swap at Eagle Mount, we’ll continue swapping every other weekend in Livingston through May with themed swaps in our space in at 129 S. Main St with Studio49 - followed by a Teachers swap on Wednesday, June 10!!

Join us for a mini upcycling & styling swap collab with by and !

Bring items you are ready to part with, and swap them for new-to-you items at the Clothing & Craft Swap! This was so much fun in September. See you there!!
- You are not required to bring items to the swap in order to participate - and if you do choose to bring things to the swap, please make sure they are in usable & sanitary condition and see our list of suggested items below.
- Entry is suggested $5 or pay-what-you-can to help us cover the base costs of organization & give back to our volunteers and community.
- Please join us in the spirit of this event: to get materials into the hands of people who will use them, saving money and waste - no stashing

CLOTHING 💗
For this swap, we are emphasizing self-expression, upcycling & styling as well as gender affirming clothing and warm gear for winter. If you find garments you are inspired to alter or mend, you can bring them back for the BOZEMAN FASHION WEEK Mending Workshop on Thursday! We are partnering with Bridger Thrift to distribute any extras.

CRAFT SUPPLIES 💖
Focus is on garment-making, mending, and clothing embellishment supplies! Craft items not taken by swappers will be saved for the next swap, donated, or recycled. We work hard to find a new home for every last supply. Some of the items may end up at the Bozeman Fashion Week Mending Workshop, the Creative Reuse Montana shop (including kits or workshops), Studio Wheelhouse classes, or may be shared with local programs through our Art & Education Supplies project.
