I was on my personal page earlier and searched for my business "Ellirue Designs" in the Facebook search bar. This page is the first thing that came up, which is perfect!

However, right under the link for my page is a post from a lady complaining about ordering shirts and never getting them. She's not talking about me! She's not even from NY. Her post has nothing to do with me or my business and yet Facebook's algorithm placed that second in line of suggestions when you type in "Ellirue Designs". All the rest of the suggestions after that are indeed for my business.

If someone doesn't click on that lady's post to verify that it isn't about me (and let's be honest, who's going to do that when they're just scrolling), it could leave potential customers feeling that it is a review of Ellirue Designs.

Does anyone know if there's a way I can contact Facebook to see if they can remove that prompt from the search results for Ellirue Designs?! Her wording literally has no buzzwords that can be attributed to me, so I have no idea why it's showing up. It's bugging me so bad!

Just filled the tanks with the last of the Color Prime ink! 🫟 It's being replaced with a new formula called Chroma which is advertised as being more vivid, higher quality, and better for our printers than the Color Prime. Once I print through what's left in these tanks, I'll have to switch over. I'm not scared about trying something new (I'm actually excited by what I'm hearing about it) but the task of cleaning out the tanks, clearing the lines, and editing the color profiles in the printer software is not my idea of a good time. 😅 There is no turning back though- the last of the Color Prime is sold out everywhere, so this is it!

*I'm also putting off a print head replacement that desperately needs to be done, because the thought of doing that is terrifying.* 🙈
I'll get to it eventually!

Find me in front of the Palace Theater on Main Street in Lockport today and tomorrow! The art festival is going strong!
I brought all my fun stuff: sequin pillows, coloring pillows, bookmarks, stickers, and new this year: lip balm keychains! I also have youth Bills shirts and a bin of $5 clearance tees! Come out and say hi, and enjoy shopping at hundreds of vendors and eating great food!

I have a small request to make while you're on your phone (or computer).

Every so often I check out my business page on Google to see if it needs updating. I just took a peek at it today and found out that I am able to accept reviews again, yayyyy! I don't remember why Google blocked the option to leave reviews for so long, but regardless, the option is back! 🙌🏻

So if you all could do me a little favor and go to my Google business page, click on "reviews", rate me 5 stars and jot down a few notes about why you think I'm cool (or maybe something about the business 🤷‍♀️) I'd really appreciate it. Reviews mean a lot to businesses, especially those as small as mine!

Hello everyone! 👋🏻

I know I've been quiet on social media. It's because I'm so busy! Busy is great!
