Currently trying to request a page name change for the 100th attempt to reflect our new rebrand. However, fb is being a little testy and not changing it for us so far. As of right now, I’m still attempting to get this fixed but in the event that we can’t, this may result in us having to create a new page altogether.

If this happens, I will update on here! Please continue to like and follow our posts for updates on this situation. Hopefully we will have it fixed before we get to making new goodies!

Welcome to Oak & Thistle Collective! 🌿

We’re so excited to share our brand’s reimagined journey with you. After years of creating under Wander + Lust | Handmade, which was such a meaningful part of my life and growth as a maker, it’s time for a new chapter that feels even more personal and connected to who we are today.

Oak & Thistle Collective represents a fresh, intentional step forward, embodying not just my craft but also the heart of our family and homestead life. We’ve always strived to create products that reflect a love for nature, handcraftsmanship, and authenticity. This new name and direction feel like a natural evolution—a more intimate reflection of our life, values, and the journey we're on.

Currently, we’re in the middle of an exciting move, but once we’re settled, we’ll be jumping back into the creative process with a brand refresh and relaunch that’s truer to our roots than ever. Expect the same handcrafted soaps, body care, and artisan goods you’ve always loved, but with a renewed focus on bringing a touch of our homestead to every product. 🌿

Thank you for sticking with us through this transition—this is only the beginning! Stay tuned for more updates as we gear up for what's next and please have patience with us in the next few weeks as we work on our rebranding. We're currently waiting for our FB page to be granted the new name change.

I've never been so excited for something in a while as I have lately over wanting to relaunch my soap business. Any tiny bit of free time I've had has been spent researching, planning, and just getting things in order for when our new home is delivered and ready for move-in. If it's in the next couple weeks, we could plan for a December or January relaunch.

Plans thus far include: Soaps (obvi), Body Butters, Bath truffles/teas & bombs, lip butters, Shower steamers, Candles/ tarts, Incense and many other goodies.

Oh, hey! I'm Sam! The owner and pretty little thing maker behind Wander + Lust | Handmade. It's been a while since I've posted anything lately but don't worry, we're still here and making all the goods.

Due to February's fun surprises with back to back ice storms and flooding that plagued eastern Kentucky and many other areas, I've been playing catch up.
