If you've ever looked at your week and wondered where the time went, it usually comes down to these two things.

3D modeling takes 8 to 20 hours depending on the project. Most designers squeeze it in between client calls or late at night. Technical documents are the other one. When they're off, contractors fill in the gaps themselves, and those gaps show up on site at the worst possible time.

Neither of these is design work. They're production work. And when someone else handles them, you get your hours back without anything slipping.
That's what I do at YO Designs. DM me when you're ready to talk about your next project.

The designers I work with usually have a lot in common. Their design work is strong. Their clients trust them. Projects keep coming in.

But somewhere along the way, the hours start stacking up on things that are not actually design, like modeling, rendering, and documentation. And the work they love gets pushed into whatever time is left.

Some try to learn the software themselves.
Some bring on junior help that ends up needing more direction than support.
Some just absorb the extra hours and tell themselves it is part of the job.

But none of those are real solutions.

That is the gap I fill at YO Designs.
Not a software. Not a junior hire.

A specialist who handles the production side of your projects completely, at the level your business deserves.

If you have been looking for exactly that, I am really glad you found this page.

Follow along, or DM me if you are ready to talk about your next project.

A 3D model shows your client the space. A photorealistic rendering makes them feel like they're already in it. That's not a small difference. It's often the thing that moves a hesitant client from "I think I like it" to actually signing off.

Floor plans and elevations do their job. But they communicate facts, not feelings. A photo render fills in what imagination can't always do on its own, and for some clients, that's exactly what they need before they can say yes with confidence.
The thing I love most about adding this to a project? If the model is already built, there's no starting over. It's just taking the work further.

If you've got a client who needs to see it to believe it, this is worth considering. DM me if you want to learn more.

This is what your client presentation looks like when the guesswork is gone. No paint swatches taped to a wall. No “just trust me.” Just a clear visual of exactly what they’re choosing, and the confidence that comes with it.
This is one of the things I handle for interior designers and small studios. The 3D work, the visuals, the technical documents, all of it, so your hours stay where they belong.

If you’re ready to show your clients exactly what’s possible, send me a DM.

Everyone talks about time. But time is just the beginning.
When you're spending hours on 3D modeling, renderings, and technical documents, you're not just losing hours. You're losing the mental space to do your best creative work. The capacity to take on the next client. The energy that should be going into the design itself.
Most designers I know aren't overwhelmed because they lack talent. They're overwhelmed because they're doing three jobs at once and calling it normal.
It doesn't have to be that way.
At YO Designs, I take the entire production side off your plate so you can get back to the work that actually needs you. Send me a DM when you're ready to get your time back.

Every great 3D model starts with the right information. These are just some of the items I collect before a project begins, from your floor plans and elevations to your materials, fixtures, and finishes.

The more detail you bring, the faster and more accurate your first draft comes back. And the less back-and-forth we both deal with.

Want the full checklist? Comment “CHECKLIST” below and I’ll send it straight to your DMs. 👇

Here's what I handed back to the designer on this project.
A fully built 3D model constructed from their drawings and specifications.
-Renderings their client could respond to emotionally, not just understand intellectually.
-Floor plans, elevations, and schedules their contractor could pick up and work from without a single follow-up question.

The designer's job was to lead the design and hold the client relationship.
My job was everything you're looking at right now. That division of labor is what lets a solo designer run a higher-volume practice without the late nights, without the software headaches, without giving up the hours that should be going toward actual design.

Same house. 3 doors. 3 colors. Every option before a single decision is made.

If I had a dollar for every time someone said "so you just pick pretty things all day?"

The reality of interior design is SO much more than what clients see on the surface. Behind every beautiful space is a mountain of technical work that happens long before a single piece of furniture gets ordered.
3D modeling. Renderings. Floor plans. Elevations. Specification schedules. And all of this before construction even begins.
Most designers are running a full business, managing client relationships, AND doing the entire technical production pipeline themselves. It's a lot. And it's exactly why so many talented designers feel stretched thin.
That's where I come in.
At YO Designs, I take the entire technical side off your plate. 3D modeling, renderings, technical documentation, and specification schedules, so you can get back to doing what you actually love.
Designing. Building client relationships. Growing your business.
You don't have to do all of it yourself.
💾 Save this to share with a client who thinks you "just pick pillows" or a designer friend who needs to hear this today.
📩 DM me 'LET'S TALK' if you're ready to hand off the production work on your next project.
