Here is a cute illustration I made this morning through another great art software program called Rebelle by a nifty company called Escape Motions. Really amazing software that allows you to come as close to drawing and painting in a realistic fashion -- whether you use the program's digital markers, pens, pencils, oil paints, acrylic paints or watercolor paints. There's even opportunities to add more digital water to moisten, or to use more digital air to dry out your digital art. I don't get any commission from the company for these comments -- just it's a darn good digital art software program. Enjoy!

Every artist feels great when their art is used to inspire and encourage people. M.H. Mundy who is a phenomenal author decided to take my acrylic art piece, and created something even better. What do you think? 😄

Of course, after making the rock art version of the hummingbird and flower, I wanted to capture and enhance that illustration on paper. Therefore, I drew another version of that illustration using Staedtler permanent markers and some acrylic paint markers. It has a different feeling to it, doesn't it? Enjoy!

I was visiting with one of my nieces in Tucson, AZ, and I got very inspired by the landscape and the flora and birds that were near her home. So I ended up using acrylic markers to construct this illustration of a blooming flower being visited by a hummingbird. Enjoy!

I decided to digitize the previous illustration, but I must say I quite like the original myself. I am still learning how to use Adobe Illustrator, and haven't figured out how to make all the individual strokes and marks that I made with my physical markers on actual watercolor paper. However, it has been a fun learning "curve" nonetheless. What do you think? Digital or original?😀

I felt really inspired to translate a landscape into an art piece, and this was the result. I call it "Muir Woods in Color" and it's my interpretation of what Muir Woods in northern California would look like from afar. The piece was 18" by 24" watercolor paper colored with markers. Eat your hear out, David Hockney 😆😛

This is the digital version of my original art piece called Eye Pyramid. It is approximately 24 in by 18 in, and is made purely through Adobe Illustrator. Enjoy and please share if you like it! 🙂🦉🪬

This is an original piece called the Eye Pyramid. It is approximately 14 in by 11 in, and is colored with markers. I tend to love hands as objects and symbols, and thought to include life-size versions of my own hands in this art piece. I'll also post the digitized version I made of Eye Pyramid via Adobe Illustrator in my next post. Please enjoy and share if you like. 🙂🦉🪬
