A glass of Pastis, a whisper of anise in the air, and Medina gently diffusing notes of sun-warmed citrus and mint.

Pastis, the iconic French apéritif, carries a story that travels far beyond the South of France.
Its roots trace back to North Africa, where French soldiers encountered bold anise infusions under the Moroccan sun… a ritual that would later inspire one of France’s most beloved drinks.
