Just completed an amazing property with Nathan Korman in Brentwood. We are very proud of the design & all the elements that went into making this a green & health conscious home. It has the latest lighting & smart home technology while preserving the Mid Century character. The house was built in 1958 & suffered from 3 subsequent renovations. With the help of Keenan Hartsten's amazing cactus & succulent landscape installation we've created a new interpretation of LA's contemporary legacy. I met Vladimir Kagen at ICFF when he relaunched his collection. He was delightful to talk to & was wearing Rose Carthane colored socks. We saw him speak at Moderism in Palm Springs in February. Again he was insightful & incredibly entertaining. A fabulous life & career. He will be missed.
