When I was four my father became mentally ill, and I turned to art, music, drawing, dancing, and theater as an outlet to express myself. My creativity brought a sense of security and love into my life. I have been able to channel my energy through colors and paint and found much meaning beneath the surface. I see art as a way of connecting. I cherish the moments when someone sees my paintings and

Happy Mother's Day to all of you out there who takes care of someone and mother them. For me mother means to love unconditionally, to let go sometimes and just listen and to be gods conduit for wisdom and love. I bless every woman who mother someone, I bless the dads that need to mother someone or anyone. We are all doing the best we can.

Creating for me has been always in my life journey. I was lucky enough to have many ways of creation. I was singing playing music in theater crocheting and more.
I experienced deep fear and was missing the grounding that I needed. Luckily, all this creativity platforms helped me connect to myself and grew up to become who I am in the next few months. I will offer a lot of Healing and Classes modalities to help with creativity and self-love follow my journey while I'm sharing some tools and hopefully inspire you too Create as well.

Tap into your creativity, an amazing way to heal emotions and release blockages that are in your body. This woman was having a throat blockage filled pain in her throat and by doing some opening exercises with Art and Colors she completely opened up and let go.
