“Alignment”
This piece Alignment reminds me to center, stay balance emotionally and physically and trust my inner guidance system, always and in all ways. Life is always working for my highest good!
Through yoga we “unwrap” the Divinity within, thereby allowing our true spiritual natures to shine forth ever brighter. The chakras cannot be seen with the naked eye, but some say are like whirlpools of energy. There are seven major chakras: Root chakra, at base of spine, centered around grounding, security and survival; Sacral chakra, reproductive area, centered around sexuality, intimacy and emotions; Solar Plexus chakra, above navel, centered around Energy, Vitality and Desire; Heart chakra, heart level, centered around Love, hope, and compassion; Throat chakra, Throat level, centered around communication, creativity and healing; Third eye chakra, forehead above the eyebrows, centered on Intuition and psychic abilities; and Crown chakra, above head, centered on Understanding, cosmic consciousness and enlightenment.
