Ivana de Love

Hi! I am Ivana and welcome to my art page :D Ivana de Love was born in Arizona on May 23rd, 1995. It changed her life forever.

At age 4, she was deeply impacted by the death of her father and experienced depression from early youth. At age 20, she bought her first set of oil paints and began painting as an outlet to release. Inspired by earth, animals, the cosmos, psychedelia, spirituality, and the power that art has to influence the universe in a positive way— she continues to create everyday from her studio in Southern California.

This painting in particular, had so many different meanings as i gazed at it while painting it. This is partly why i never really like to explain the meaning of a painting; it's so much better to hear what others feel the meaning of it is...
Today i got to converse with someone at work about what it's like to be a pisces moon (we both were pisces moons) she described it as "very sad" which is true, but i wouldnt trade it for anything else, i love the depth of the ocean 🩵 its actually a joy to feel so deeply and to be easily moved to tears... love, ivana
