I’ve been dying to share this one.
A little glimpse of a recently completed 1920s Spanish home in Silver Lake. We wanted it to feel collected rather than designed—layered, soulful, slightly unexpected, yet completely at home in its classic spanish architecture.
There are so many fun moments—like the hand-painted ceiling mural I created, rooted in sacred geometry and intended to bring another layer of meaning and energy into the space. More on that soon..
I can’t show you the whole thing just yet, but I couldn’t not show you something - so here are a few shots. More soon. xxT

NATURAL LIGHT is one of the most important elements to consider when designing your home. Its essence is vital to the very nature of our existence and it has the power to shape our emotional experiences - it can be energizing or romantic - soft or harsh. Understanding how sunlight moves around your home throughout the day and organizing the spaces to compliment the light is key to creating spaces that are in harmony with the natural rhythms of life.

CRYSTALS IN DESIGN
Did you know that quartz crystal can be programmed with intention and specific frequencies?
Quartz is known for its ability to store, transmit and amplify energy, which is part of why it has been used in modern technology for decades. That idea has always fascinated me.
Knowing this, I designed a sconce that holds a crystal sphere — not simply as a decorative element, but as an energetic one. The intention was to create an object that could carry and emanate specific frequencies into a space, adding another invisible layer to the design.
I love the idea that something can be both beautiful and functional, while also holding a deeper energetic purpose.
For me, this is where design becomes most interesting — when material, form and intention all come together.

WHY QUARTZ?
Quartz can store, transmit and amplify energy.

DESIGNING WITH INTENTION
I wanted the crystal to become an active element within the object — not simply something ornamental.

PROGRAMMED FREQUENCY
The crystal sphere can be intentionally energized with specific frequencies and used as a focal point for that energetic intention within the room.

FORM + LIGHT + ENERGY
A functional light fixture designed to contribute to both the visual and energetic atmosphere of the space.

THE ENERGETICS OF DESIGN
Why how a room feels matters as much as how it looks. “How does it make you feel?” For me, energetics is really just another layer of design.
When I’m designing a home, I’m not just thinking about aesthetics and functionality.
I’m thinking about how energy moves through a space — where it gathers, where it needs to be grounded, and ultimately, how the people living there are going to feel inside of it.
And those feelings should be different in different parts of the home. A bedroom might need to feel quiet and restorative, while another space might want to feel expansive, social, or energizing.
Sometimes those feeling tones are created simply through the design decisions — the architecture, the materials, the light, and the way a space flows. And other times, I bring in more intentional layers, like geometry, symbolism, or specific energetic practices, to help harmonize the space.
In the end, it’s really about creating a home that doesn’t just look beautiful, but feels beautiful to be in.
