Beef & Tomato Macaroni Soup
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of tomato soup
1 (15-ounces) can diced tomatoes undrained
32 ounces beef broth
4 cups water
2 cups uncooked pasta
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the onions (1), green bell pepper (1), and garlic (2 cloves) and saute until the onion mixture begins to soften about 5-6 minutes.
Add the ground beef (1 pound), crumbling with a wooden spoon, cook until there is no longer any pink. Drain off excess fat.
Add the chili powder (2 teaspoons), oregano (2 teaspoons), salt (1 teaspoon), and pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add condensed cream of tomato soup (2 (10.75-ounce) cans), diced tomatoes with their juice (1 (15-ounces) can), beef broth (32 ounces), and water (4 cups).
Bring to a boil, add pasta (2 cups). Reduce heat and cover and simmer until the pasta is just al dente. Adjust seasoning and serve.

Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
📝 Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles 🍗🍝 | Perfect for Busy Nights!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz egg noodles
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Prepare Noodles: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles, cover, and cook until tender (8-10 minutes).
Combine: Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return chicken to the skillet to heat through.

Cheesecake Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
2 cups green apples, cored and diced
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup of granola or crushed graham crackers
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
2. Prepare the Fruit:
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, green apples, and grapes. Gently toss to mix.
3. Assemble the Fruit Salad:
Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake filling over the fruit mixture and gently fold the filling into the fruit, making sure everything is coated evenly.
Top with granola or crushed graham crackers for added texture and crunch.
Drizzle with caramel sauce over the top for an indulgent, sweet finish.

Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles 🥩🍜
Ingredients:
12 oz linguine
1 lb sirloin steak
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Cook linguine and drain.
Sear steak in butter, season with salt and pepper, then slice.
Sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
Toss noodles in sauce, top with steak, and serve warm.

Crockpot Cowboy Soup 🍲
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels, drained
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
4 cups beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions for garnish
Directions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Transfer the cooked beef, onion, and garlic to a crockpot.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes with green chilies, diced green chilies, taco seasoning mix, and ranch dressing mix to the crockpot.
Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine all the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain excess fat.

You won’t believe how easy this Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is to make! Perfect for busy days and guaranteed to please the whole family! 🌟🍴
Crockpot Mississippi Chicken
- Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 5-6 pepperoncini peppers (with some juice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Place the stick of butter on top of the chicken and sprinkle the pepperoncini peppers around it.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.
5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
6. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in sandwiches, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Ingredients:

Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz linguine pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets to the pot during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Chicken and Potato Bake 🍗🥔
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
4 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Season the Potatoes

Broccoli Cheese Soup for the Crock Pot!!!
Ingredients
½ cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups milk
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
Instructions
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Combine the sautéed onion, cream of chicken soup, milk, cubed Velveeta cheese, and frozen chopped broccoli in the Crock Pot.
Set the Crock Pot to low and cook for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly.

Chicken Pot Pie Pasta
Homestyle Chicken Pot Pie Transformed into Creamy Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover or rotisserie chicken
1 pound wide egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup cream cheese
¾ cup chicken stock
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 can peas and carrots, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Ingredients for More Flavor:
1 medium onion, diced (or onion powder)
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, boil the noodles for 8-9 minutes, according to the package. Strain the noodles and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic to simmer, if using.
Stir in the shredded chicken, then add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken stock, milk/cream, peas, and carrots. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add the pasta back to the skillet and stir until the pasta is fully incorporated into the sauce.
Simmer the pasta for another 3-5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
