Back to basics with the lunchboxes.

Just two more weeks of school left, and I honestly can’t believe how fast this year flew by. It feels like we were just packing lunchboxes for the first day, and now we’re counting down to summer break.

Keeping it simple with some favorite staples as we finish out the school year strong.

We rely on rice cooker meals a lot since life is so busy with sports and activities after school. How easy is this meal and the kids love it too. I like to pair it with Korean side dishes and lettuce or seaweed they can wrap it in. Have you tried making rice cooker meals yet? So easy!

Soft, savory, and comforting ☁️ This Korean steamed egg (Gyeran-jjim) is light, fluffy, and perfect when you just want something warm and easy. Simple ingredients and minimal effort and my kids love it.
