Easiest Dessert ☁️☁️☁️
Cloud Cake Recipe
Ingredients
* 1.5 cups vanilla bean yogurt, I used Ellenos
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 5 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
* Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
* In a medium-sized bowl, add 1.5 cups yogurt and all 4 eggs. Whisk to combine until smooth and velvety.
* Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 5 Tbsp cornstarch. Whisk again until fully combined.
* Pour the batter into a lined cake pan (8x8 or 6x6) and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
* Let it cool slightly and top with berry compote, honey, and/or powdered sugar—enjoy!
