A spicy, creamy, and flavorful pasta dish with a Cajun twist! šŸŒ¶ļøšŸ—

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 12 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup pasta water (reserved)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
2. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan.
4. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Toss in cooked pasta and chicken, adding reserved pasta water if needed.

Ingredients:

- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup edamame
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, orange juice, lime zest, honey, ginger, and sesame oil.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 ball burrata cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish

Directions:

For the crust:

2 refrigerated pie crusts (or homemade if preferred)
1 egg (for egg wash)
For the filling:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For topping:

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:

Preheat & Prepare Crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly against the bottom and sides. Set aside.

Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

Season & Add Sauce: Stir in the pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Homemade Mexican Pizza šŸŒ®šŸ•

Ingredients:
For the pizza base:

4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the filling:

1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the toppings:

1/2 cup salsa or enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream (for drizzling)
Directions:
Preheat & prepare tortillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with vegetable oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Prepare the filling: In a pan over medium heat, warm the refried beans until smooth. In a separate pan, season the cooked ground beef (or chicken) with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside.

Assemble the pizza: Spread a thin layer of refried beans on two tortillas. Top each with seasoned meat. Place another crispy tortilla on top, like a sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup rice, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the leaves from the cabbage and blanch them for 2-3 minutes until softened. Set the cabbage leaves aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well incorporated.
Lay one cabbage leaf flat on a clean surface. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and filling.
In a large Dutch oven or pot, combine the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, tomato juice, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
