Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef 🥩
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 🍞
- 1/4 cup milk 🥛
- 1 small onion, minced 🧅
- 1 egg 🥚
- Salt and pepper 🧂
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🍶
- 1 tbsp olive oil 🌿
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms 🍄
- 1 cup beef broth 🍖
- 1 tbsp flour 🌾
- 2 tbsp butter 🧈
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
- Fresh parsley 🌿
- 4 potatoes, diced 🥔
- 1/2 cup milk 🥛
- 4 tbsp butter 🧈

Instructions:
1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form 4 oval steaks 🥩.
2. Sear steaks in olive oil, set aside 🔥.
3. Sauté mushrooms in butter, add flour, broth, and soy sauce. Simmer until thick 🍄✨.
4. Boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter and milk 🥔🧈.

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

For the filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the topping:

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain excess grease.

Prepare the dough:

French Onion Beef and Noodles
Ingredients:

1 lb beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz egg noodles
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

In a large skillet, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 10-12 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the beef to the skillet and add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cover, cooking for 30 minutes.

Instructions:

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
8 egg whites
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the filling
8 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup bourbon (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the layers cool completely.

To make the filling, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the pecans, raisins, coconut, bourbon, and vanilla. Let cool.

Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a portion of the filling on top. Repeat with the remaining layers, spreading filling between each layer and on top.

Let the cake set before slicing and serving.
