This shower had already leaked twice before the homeowner called us.

At that point, another patch wasn’t the answer. We tore it out, rebuilt it properly, and installed a full Schluter shower system with the waterproofing done the way it should’ve been from the beginning.

Now it looks completely different, but more importantly, it’s finally built to last.

No shortcuts. No quick fixes. Just done right.

When a leak hit this laundry room in Dundee, the old tile had to go.

We tore out the damaged tile, cleaned and prepped the subfloor, then installed MSI Backen Hill luxury vinyl plank. It's waterproof, so if the washer ever acts up again, this floor can handle it. We finished it off with matching quarter round and cleaned up every bit of debris before we left.
