Currently helping a couple update their dated home, and it’s amazing what a few simple changes can do.

Removing the heavy, dark valance and curtains, replacing the yellow-toned paint with a light neutral, and adding white linen pinch-pleated curtains will take this room from dark and dated to light, bright, and refreshed.

Sometimes a room doesn’t need a complete renovation, it just needs the right updates to completely change how it feels.

Taking this seaside home from outdated to Coastal Cottage. 🌊

After moving from Northern New Jersey to retire by the beach, this couple wanted their new home to feel lighter, more relaxed, and reflective of the coastal cottage style they loved.

For the dining room, I layered in soft blue striped wallpaper, skirted upholstered dining chairs, a natural jute rug, a light wood table, and a handwoven rattan chandelier to bring in color, texture, and that casual coastal feel.

The result is a space that feels fresh, inviting, and perfectly at home by the shore.

There’s something so exciting about buying your first home… and also a little overwhelming.

I’m currently working with a lovely couple who recently purchased their first home and reached out for help creating a vision for their spaces. They had some ideas, so we collaborated to create a design that feels more like them, cohesive, comfortable, and a little more grown-up for this next chapter as a young family.
From paint selections and design plans to window treatments, furniture sourcing and those finishing touches, I’m helping them turn their new house into a home.

One of the homes I’m currently working on belongs to a couple who has lived there for over 20 years.

The home is traditional, but they’re ready to give it a fresh, updated feel before putting it on the market.

The goal isn’t to make a traditional home suddenly feel modern, it’s about finding the right balance. Updating paint colors, lighting, furnishings and finishes while still honoring the style and architecture of the home and creating a look that appeals to today’s buyers.

We’re starting with fresh paint, and there’s much more to come!

Sometimes you just need a little time away to recharge.
