Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound linguine pasta
4 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken broth
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes -optional

1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
