RECIPE:
FRIES
Cut 3–4 Idaho potatoes (skin on), soak in hot water 2–3 min → cold water 30–60 min → dry well. Fry at 325°F for 3–4 min, rest, then 375°F until golden + crispy. Toss immediately with Cajun seasoning (paprika, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, fennel, cayenne, salt, pepper).
BEEF
Cook ½ lb 75/25 ground beef in a hot pan, break it up into small pieces, season with salt & pepper, cook until browned + crispy. Set aside.
CHEESE SAUCE
Heat whole milk over medium heat, melt in American cheese, then add cheddar until smooth. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Keep it warm.
