Did you know?...

Most of the ingredients I use in my baking are organic! Although I cannot promote myself as an "organic" baker because that requires a rigorous certification, I can tell you that most of my ingredients are organic. Things like flour, sugar, and eggs are all organic. I always use real butter, no margarine here! I care about what we put into our bodies, and organic products taste the best!
