These new accordion shutters close up quickly and double as security and hurricane protection. Main benefits are durable aluminum materials and cost savings:

These two shutters installed were only $1300.

Impact windows would be close to $5000 installed.

So for money savings if you already have decent non impact windows, accordion shutters make sense.

We had the opportunity to work with the state grant program, My safe Florida. The program helps people in Florida upgrade their homes.

This house was built in or around 1900 ad. We replaced the two front wooden windows with new horizontal sliding impact doors. We also covered all the exterior windows and doors to make this 125 year old house compliant with missile protection from wind borne debris.

This was our first my safe Florida grant job contracted but will not be out last.

We did adjust our pricing also to meet the income needs required, but at the end of the day we provided the best service and products that we could afford!

Thanks Florida for using us to help people in need!

customer that has a house built in 1900 looks like a traditional Spanish house. Wants to replace the original wooden windows with new impact horizontal sliders and we did it!

Also we are required to cover all existing non- impact windows with hurricane grade protection so they can find insurance and negotiate a fair price on home owners insurance.

Just wrapped up this retractable screen in Port Saint Lucie.
The large unit is over 25' and still meets hurricane protection for wind and impact. Also can be used for shade and insulates the room.

Finished up a small job for a customer that only needed a few windows covered. It came out really good.

We Finished up this impact window and sliding door installation. The original windows were all leaking and were caulked close. We patched drywall and concrete and did extra waterproofing. We try to keep the jobsite as clean as possible by wrapping furniture and appliances with plastic. Also we touched up with paint provided by customer.

We are installing these more budget friendly screens. They are cat-Five rated for hurricane and they are great for entryways and large openings.
At the top, there is a hood that when you roll the screen up, it secures the screens for easy deployment. Just on strap it from the top and it falls down to the floor and bolt it to the floor with preinstalled anchors.
