🔪 Titanium cutting boards: cool idea, bad for your knife.

They’re marketed as tough, antimicrobial, and dishwasher-safe — and they are. But that toughness is the problem. Titanium is harder than your knife’s edge, so every cut rolls and micro-chips the blade instead of the board giving way.
