Latest progress update on the construction of our new Dollar General store!

Here's what's been happening on site:

👉🏼Store front windows have been installed and are looking great!

👉🏼Landscaping has begun and we can't wait to see the finished result.

👉🏼Our electrical provider is scheduled to re route overhead power, which will ensure reliable and safe power supply for the store.

👉🏼Today the crew will be polishing the floors to make them shine!

👉🏼We're also continuing paint touch ups to ensure the store looks its best.

👉🏼Lastly, we're beginning to schedule in our inspections to make sure everything is up to code.

We're thrilled with the progress we're making and can't wait to open our doors to the community.

The Phase 1 ESA (Environmental Site Inspection) 🕵️is critical in commercial real estate transactions for two key reasons: financing and cost.

Construction on the Dollar General in SweetWater, Tennessee is progressing steadily. 🦺 The excavator will continue finishing the site work, while the building er****on is ongoing. Then, we will begin the interior framing. 🔨

Following the framing, sheetrock hanging will be the next step, with finishing to follow this upcoming week. Painters 🎨 are scheduled to start their work, and soon the construction team will also form and pour sidewalks.

Overall, the Dollar General in SweetWater, Tennessee is progressing quickly!
