Ingredients:

500g (1 lb) mashed potatoes 🥔

150g (5 oz) cooked bacon, chopped 🥓

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional) 🌿

Salt & pepper to taste

1 egg (for binding) 🥚

8–10 slices raw bacon (for wrapping) 🥓

Oil or spray for baking

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chopped cooked bacon, cheddar, green onions, egg, salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Scoop and form mixture into golf-ball sized balls.
4️⃣ Wrap each ball with a slice of raw bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
5️⃣ Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
